Hair care /Rant

So what annoys me the most is where i work id say its 70% a student area and alot of our customers are student girls . The students arent my issue its just how naive some of them are when it comes to there hair.
Most commonly is some will come in and they have hair half way down there back but yet they NEED
atleast 4 or 5 inches off that  but yet they insist on only half an inch and the next time they have there hair cut will be in 6 months time and they think the bad bits will eventually dissapear ERM ... NO !
I know some people are scared of the hairdressers like i am of the dentist but its the same with everything if you dont look after your hair like you would look after your teeth its not going to be pretty.

If your trying to grow your hair i would recommend just literally an inch off every 8 weeks any more frequent then that your just cutting off what has grown. So when your hairdresser says you need to be coming every 4 weeks its a load of shit  rubbish . You only need to have your hair cut that often if you have ridiculously speedy growing hair and have a short cut and you want to maintain that length/ style .

shampooing and conditioning:

Ill start off by mentiong one of the most common bits of advice you always hear and my opinion :
"you shouldnt wash your hair everyday as it is bad for it "

In some cases this is true but if you have fine limp hair that literally gets greasy 24 hours or less after washing and your hair isnt classed as dry then shampoo that  hair as long as you treat your hair say every 2 weeks with a conditiong treatment for 15 mins while your in the shower it doesnt have to be an expensive one.
I use the aussie 3 minute miracle treatment which is around £4 but most of the time supermarkets or
boots/superdrug have the aussie range on offer for any 3 for £10 .

If you wash your hair every other day or less you need to be shampooing your hair twice and then conditioning every time u wash it with a conditioner to suit your hair type.

I have been loving the new L'oreal ever pure no sulphates range. Simply no sulphates which arent going to strip your hair of its condition and isnt going to strip the colour from your hair WIN WIN , when i use the shampoo even though its wet it still feels quite soft compared to other shampoos i wouldnt be able to get a comb through it and feels quite stripped but with this its far from that and when i use the treatment conditioner with it my hair feels clean and so soft and shiny i highly recommend these products.
there are also different types of this range  for different needs.

Go try them you wont be disappointed
